Flavorful and substantial recipes supported by remarkable ingredients, traditional foundations with just the right amount of creativity, nothing excessive. Many memorable dishes, particularly the first courses, including an extraordinary rice with basil pesto, raw and cooked seafood, and cherry tomato extract.
