Within The Box, a multifunctional space with vintage cars and contemporary art surrounded by a garden with splendid olive trees, you’ll find the restaurant (bistro service at lunch) and above all excellent seafood cuisine with a small menu dedicated to oysters and caviar. Flavorful and substantial recipes supported by remarkable ingredients, traditional foundations with just the right amount of creativity, nothing excessive. Many memorable dishes, particularly the first courses, including an extraordinary rice with basil pesto, raw and cooked seafood, and cherry tomato extract.
