Merkles Restaurant
Thomas Merkle runs this long-established family business with his wife, upholding a tradition of refined hospitality in the picturesque Old Town. The Endingen-born chef expresses his attachment to the region through his use of outstanding local produce, though his cosmopolitan outlook shines through in his choice of international ingredients. The "Einfach Merkle" set menu has seven or eight courses, and also comes in a vegetarian version.
