An elegant establishment, not without glamour, designed for an exclusive clientele who value both the atmosphere (there is a pianist in the room and the kitchen is on view) and the gastronomic experience. The proposal, offered solely à la carte, revolves around classic French-inspired cooking, very much in line with the famous 1970s Nouvelle Cuisine. You will find iconic dishes from that era (such as Beef Wellington or Madagascar-vanilla Crème brûlée) recreated from the original recipes, while incorporating a contemporary touch.
