Behind the name “austa”, a Latin term meaning “south wind”, lies, poetically, a veiled homage to the Algarve region and, above all, the intention to be a breath of fresh air in Almancil’s gastronomic landscape. In this restaurant with an alternative spirit (seen in its music, ambience and the terrace - which can even feel like a chill-out space, set in a rural-residential setting, you will find an appealing contemporary proposal. They work à la carte, but also surprise with good breakfasts and a touch of brunch!
