• Commuter train → Stockholm Central Station · 38 min · SL commuter trains stop at Arlanda Central Station in SkyCity between Terminals 4 and 5; station fee may apply.
• Airport bus / Vy flygbussarna → Stockholm C / Cityterminalen · approx 40 min · Bus stops at Terminal 5 and Terminal 2/3; runs from early morning until late evening, with timetable-dependent departures.

巴士

Several bus operators serve Arlanda, including FlixBus, SL, UL, Vy bus4you and Vy flygbussarna; many services use Terminal 2 and Terminal 5, with some stops at SkyCity or Terminal 4 depending on operator.

Airport-approved taxis are available outside arrivals at Terminal 5 and Terminal 2, 24 hours a day; Swedavia recommends choosing approved taxis and asking the fare before starting.
