The restaurant of the Prieuré-Roch estate is housed in a striking U-shaped wood and steel edifice, with a vast patio in its centre overlooking the vineyards. Indoors are a parquet-floored lounge, a bar decked in light wood and a spacious dining room with immense picture windows. Chef Céline Dedinger (who boasts stints at the Rôtisserie du Chambertin and the Maison des Cariatides) crafts a modern score based on local produce, some of which comes from the estate’s own farm.
