This chalet in the upper reaches of the village has been converted into an intimate restaurant by young couple Thomas and Estelle Flachaire, who met while working at the renowned Maison Troisgros in Ouches. The chef boasts a near-perfect CV and his experience makes itself felt in a series of healthy, light dishes crafted from seasonal, often locally sourced ingredients. Served in the form of a single set menu with poetically named courses, his cuisine embraces smoky, fruity and zesty flavours, in tune with the zeitgeist. A warm welcome awaits.

A mountain chalet decor with exposed beams, a traditional dining room with a fireplace in the middle and decorated with a collection of bells – it doesn't get much more inviting than this!
