Since 2006, Bernd Lutz and his wife Rosemarie have been welcoming guests to their charming inn dating back to 1875. The chef-patron and his team serve up flavoursome classic seasonal dishes (eg cured salmon with pearl barley, beetroot and horseradish, or pan-fried veal sweetbreads with leaf spinach and spaetzle (a Swabian pasta speciality) made using a wealth of locally sourced produce.
