The name says it all! The location at an altitude of over 1 000m makes for a fantastic panoramic view of the surrounding mountains – it would be a crime not to enjoy it from the terrace in summer. The Rindisbachers have been running their establishment since 1985 already, serving food influenced by tradition, made with quality ingredients and paired with good wines. The pasta is manufactured in their own workshop. Panoteca sells delicatessen wares.

A popular place to eat! A relaxed atmosphere reigns in this inviting contemporary interior, where diners tuck into pleasingly unpretentious dishes that impress with their flavours and craftsmanship. The menu features not only traditional regional dishes, including classics such as beef tartare, but also Asian specialities in the "Thai Corner" section of the menu, such as gaeng mussaman – a mild Thai curry with peanuts and king prawns. At the restaurant of the Hotel Eden Spiez, diners can savour classic cuisine that showcases regional and seasonal produce including homegrown fruit and berries. The hotel also has its own herb garden. Take in stunning views of Spiez Castle, Spiez Bay and the imposing mountains from the stylishly elegant interior or the covered terrace – both spaces are equally delightful. A shorter menu is available at lunchtime.
