These 22 cozy duplex apartments offer approximately 60 m2 of space on two floors. Each includes a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. Free Wi-Fi, a laundry room, accessible accommodations, and covered parking are also available. A €200 security deposit (bank preauthorization) is required upon arrival and refunded within 48 hours of departure, pending inspection. Damages will incur charges against the deposit: furniture damage (€50-€200), property damage (€200), smoking (€100), and breakage/loss of items (€20-€100).
