In their delightful little hotel, the Pazeller family offers not only attractive, comfortable guestrooms but also sophisticated cuisine. The restaurant combines two concepts: "Ustaria Chastè" with an upscale evening menu and a simpler lunchtime menu, and "Bocca Fina Chastè" with an evening fine dining set menu. The interior is tasteful and cosy, the service friendly and attentive.

Part of IN LAIN Hotel Cadonau, this inviting restaurant occupies the former cowshed of a traditional Engadin house and has a modern yet rustic style and a cosy atmosphere. Today, the menu is still a celebration of all things cow, featuring various cheese fondues, raclette and capuns (chard-wrapped dumplings), as well as fondue chinoise (Swiss-style hot pot). Tip: Cheese-making demonstrations are held regularly in the evenings. Cheese can be purchased to take home in the on-site shop.

In this gorgeous restaurant boasting a stunning view, the atmosphere could hardly be more welcoming. Since December 2023, a dedicated couple have been at the helm, bringing their superlative fine dining experience to the table: Mara Graef cheerily oversees the team front of house, while Thomas Graef prepares tasty seasonal dishes. His is regional cuisine for the most part, but some dishes are clearly influenced by the owners' Austrian homeland: for instance, their classic Tafelspitz (prime boiled beef), available as a Monday special.
