Asian Influences, Scandinavian · ★ Michelin

Featuring an interesting combination of Nordic techniques, predominantly Czech ingredients and Asian spices from the owner's homeland, the cuisine here is rather unique. The resulting dishes are full of finesse and pleasing contrasts - served in 12 or 18 courses. The location itself is something special: unassuming from the outside, it has a surprisingly chic interior. Upon arrival, diners are first led to the bar in the cellar for aperitifs and nibbles – a distinctive blend of exposed old brickwork and modern design makes for an atmospheric setting. Once in the tastefully furnished main room,

This place is popular, and with good reason. The small menu is packed with regional classics – the hearty Czech dishes, including braised hare leg, pork cheeks and duck gizzards, as well as delicious desserts such as sweet yeast dumplings, are a real treat. And then there is the wonderful bread and fine pastries from the adjoining bakery! The select ingredients are not only beautifully prepared in terms of flavour and craftsmanship, but you also get a sense of the heart and soul that goes into the dishes. The decor is simple, with a slightly rustic feel. In the space at the front, the kitchen

This pub-style place is loud and lively. Both the ambience and cuisine present as an unpretentious, modern interpretation of a traditional inn. Seated on a long bench at small wooden tables, diners tuck into this contemporary take on Czech cuisine and it is quite simply a delightful experience. Dishes such as potato dumplings filled with braised wild boar, red cabbage and bacon sauce are packed with flavour and full of soul – you can tell this is a team that knows what it is doing. This spot has all the makings of a favorite restaurant! The modern dining concept is reflected in the relaxed atmosphere and the trendy, urban interior complete with open kitchen and bar, as well as on the menu. The fantastic selection features mouthwatering options such as dry-aged beef and plenty of vegetarian dishes. The kitchen team works closely with local suppliers including KRO Bakery in Libeň, which provides excellent sourdough bread. In addition to a well-curated wine list, there is a wonderful range of cocktails – with or without alcohol. Delightful courtyard terrace.

The team here takes a highly professional approach, which is evident not least in the food. Dishes such as "St Jacob's mussels, blood orange, yuzu, crispy wafer, miso mayonnaise" and "lamb shoulder in diaphragm, Brussels sprouts, pumpkin croquette, almonds, pickled shallots" are prepared skilfully prepared with an emphasis on flavour. Easygoing yet highly competent and attentive, the service is also a highlight, including astute wine recommendations. Furthermore, the minimalist interior design, featuring decorative details such as a distinctive wine rack, artworks and modern pendant lamps make
