官方介绍

Combining typical local architecture with a modern twist, this 78-room hotel consists of 14 low-rise, stone-built blocks which nestle amongst an ancient olive grove over-looking Torba Bay on Bodrum's northern peninsula. The airport is just 33 km away and the cosmopolitan town of Bodrum is within less than a 10-minute car ride. The hotel features spacious gardens with a couple of pools, a restaurant and bar and has spa facilities for those wishing to indulge in some pampering. Public transport runs close-by and small restaurants and café bars can be found close to the water's edge.

Housed in luxury hotel Susona, this restaurant feels both elegant and hip. But the most stunning feature of all is the breathtaking view of the coastline. The chef and his team will be happy to tell you about their commitment to sustainability, including a zero-waste approach and close collaboration with their suppliers. Their creative cuisine draws on traditional and modern influences, celebrating the authentic flavours of the ingredients. For instance, the courgette flowers stuffed with rice and chopped mussels are seasoned with a classic blend of herbs and a judicious twist of lemon. The ch

The olive trees around you and the views over the bay accentuate Loft Elia's Zen feel. Although this lounge-style restaurant is fully open to the elements, it nonetheless has an intimate atmosphere. The natural vibe suits the menu down to the ground. A commitment to local produce and sustainable practices are part of their ethos underpinned by respect for the planet. The kitchen team's inspired, fine dining-quality dishes are deliciously spicy. For example, their airy feta sponge cake is freeze-dried with three varieties of tomato to give it delicate sweetness and tang. This cuisine is truly i

The castle and rooftops of Bodrum, the azure sea, even some Greek islands – the view from the top floor of The Marmara hotel is truly breathtaking! The restaurant has a Mediterranean feel, and that spirit carries through to the menu. The chef takes pride in skilfully elevating local ingredients and traditional recipes, for example, house-made pasta cooked al dente, tossed in a robust herb cream and topped with grated goat's cheese from the region, basil leaves and dried fruit. Be sure to treat yourself to the legendary baklava, too!
