Host and proprietor Anthony Sarpong runs an appealing restaurant-cum-cookery school. The Ghanaian-born chef is supported by a dedicated team, whose carefully considered dishes present a modern take on African culinary traditions. There are two set menus: "The Expedition" and the vegetarian "Green Journey", each available in a four-, five- or six-course format.
