Santa Mariana

This restaurant occupies a Menorcan-style country house with plenty of typical charm (including a delightful terrace) that has been converted into a small rural hotel. The cuisine here is based around an à la carte service (with specific sections dedicated to vegetables, seafood, rice dishes, pasta... and a special one, available upon reservation, where lobster is the star of the show) and a set menu (El Renacer) that focuses on local cuisine that constantly plays with technique and local products, with a variety of Mediterranean touches. The estate has its own organic vegetable garden, olive

This attractive restaurant, where the cuisine is overseen by renowned chef Gorka Txapartegui (Alameda restaurant in Hondarribia), occupies a farmhouse surrounded by vineyards and boasting a tranquil terrace, all of which comes as a pleasant surprise. It also provides the dining service for the hotel of the same name (awarded one Michelin key) and will delight guests with its tranquil terraces, contemporary European and internationally inspired cuisine, and a constant nod to local flavours and native ingredients.

This restaurant occupies a typical 200-year-old house on the approach to Es Migjorn Gran in the centre of the island. It features an interior with a rustic-contemporary feel, plus an attractive patio-terrace that can only be booked for dinner. Here, the culinary focus is on simple, honest cooking with interesting French-inspired touches and dishes based around the best market-fresh local ingredients. We can highly recommended the surf and turf carpaccio with scallops, which comes as a pleasant surprise!
