Les Deux Dienstbach refers to the two sisters who founded this restaurant at the renowned Weingut Künstler and whose French roots influence the cuisine. Nathalie Dienstbach has since returned to her native Normandy, leaving seasoned owner Jennifer Himmel (née Dienstbach) in charge of overseeing both the restaurant floor and the kitchen.
