A change of name in 2025 from Spontan Vinbar to Restaurant Saga placed a little more emphasis on the food side of things, but its philosophy remains the same. Striking eclectic art adorns the walls of the relaxed and trendy restaurant, while the adjoining wine bar offers an impressive array of bottles to choose from, with real depth to the list and numerous vintages from heavy hitting producers. The ten-course tasting menu offers modern, restrained cooking and original touches – like a deconstructed XO sauce – that enhance the dishes.

Set within the Brattøra waterside development, this large brasserie provides exactly the buzzing atmosphere you would hope for. Banquettes and a central bar fit the bill décor-wise, while visible ducting and terrazzo flooring lend an industrial edge.
