The atmosphere is also suitably relaxed, the waitstaff are experienced and friendly, and the delicious seasonal modern cuisine, which draws on French, Mediterranean and regional influences, incorporates the occasional Asian touch. Here, in their charming half-timbered inn dating back to 1688, they serve regional and Mediterranean-inspired fare.
