Having moved behind its old premises during 2025 (now home to TuMa, a modern osteria run by the same team), chef Tony Lo Coco’s new restaurant now occupies the lower part of the Villa Palagonia, a large historic 18C palazzo once visited and described by the poet Johann Wolfgang von Goethe. The cuisine continues to focus on Sicilian recipes and ingredients (meat and fish alike), which are personalised and imaginative, showcased on four tasting menus and an extensive à la carte.
