The past retains its fascinating appeal in this traditional restaurant situated in a small mountain village, where modern trends are ignored in favour of authentic dishes from the South Tyrol. Originally opened as an inn, the restaurant still offers a few simple and discreet rooms furnished in traditional style, as well as a new and modern sauna.

An attractive, well-kept restaurant in a historic building with a romantic, rural feel, especially in the beautiful garden. Although the menu is not that extensive, the chef is highly skilled, and it doesn’t feel as though anything is missing here. The dishes reflect the flavours of the region, making use of local ingredients such as venison and asparagus from Termeno accompanied by home-produced speck ham. The menu also features a couple of fish-based recipes and all dishes are modern and imaginative in style. Beautiful guestrooms are also available.

This romantic inn with guestrooms occupies an old farm with a hay barn. In two typical Stube-style rooms, one of which offers views of the Cembra valley, enjoy cuisine prepared by a mother-and-son team.
