An interesting modern dining concept. It all kicks off at 7pm when the guests for the evening arrive. At 7.15pm, service begins. There is a single seven-course set menu (with additional amuse-bouche and final course) showcasing a global palate with strong Asian influences and delivering bold, distinct flavours.
