The Schuster family's country inn is thoroughly charming! This is primarily down to the warm hospitality extended by the lady of the house, and the tasteful interior design. And then there are the chef-patron's seasonally influenced classic dishes such as pike-perch sausage accompanied by creamed sauerkraut with dates, or venison with nuts, black walnut sauce, cranberries and Savoy cabbage.
