Situated in a pleasant location on the Altopiano del Salto plateau just a few kilometres from Bolzano, this restaurant has been run by five generations of women, all of whom enshrine a strong connection with the local land through their top-quality cuisine. Despite its simple appearance, this restaurant on the side of the road dates from the 17C and has been run by the same family for the past century. Today, the third and fourth generations work side by side in the kitchen, preparing dishes with a strong regional flavour.
