The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. Tourism Tax @ RM 10. 00 per night per unit is payable (for foreigners ONLY). We are 5 to 8 mins walk to the Chan Sow Lin LRT and MRT stations. The MRT Station is linked with a pedestrian access to features paid-to-paid area transfer between the LRT and MRT. The Chan Sow Lin MRT Station started operation on 16 March 2023 under phase two operations of the line. A damage deposit of MYR 100 to 200 (depends on room type) is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full, in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
