As you explore the narrow streets which lead from the commercial port to the centre, you’ll come across this restaurant comprising several inter - connected dining rooms with low ceilings and antique furniture. The menu focuses on regional cuisine, albeit with the occasional creative twist.

Situated on the second floor of a building in the historic centre of Arco, this restaurant is an intimate and romantic inn with the feel of a private home. Here, Evelyn and Carl have poured all their love for travel into the decor and the cuisine, the latter on two tasting menus (one focusing on meat, the other on fish) which are served to the few fortunate guests at the restaurant’s three tables. The creative recipes are influenced by the Trento region, as well as elsewhere in Italy and across the globe in dishes that awaken guests’ curiosity and delight their palate. The amusingly “Nigiri in
