Here, in this cosy contemporary bistro we find a truly different cuisine, which, starting from a clear Japanese base, acquires a certain personality by adding different notes of fusion with other cultures. Top dishes? Try their wild-caught fish ceviche or the roasted cauliflower, served with kombu, yellow chilli, yuzu kosho and Riviera herbs.
