Both share responsibility for the cooking and the service, and will gladly talk you through their culinary creations. Their cooking impresses with a winning interplay of diverse flavours and textures. Dishes such as "Alpine char, kohlrabi, beechnuts, kaffir lime" are intricate yet wonderfully harmonious, not to mention the outstanding quality of the ingredients. Two tasting menus are available: "Pure Taste" and the vegetarian "Oxalis", each in a fiv
