Its name may suggest Italian cuisine lies in wait, but Acanti in fact offers a refined fusion of modern Polish dishes with influences from across Europe. Italy does make an appearance however, in dishes like the terrific pumpkin ravioli, which exemplifies the kitchen’s ability to delicately balance layers of flavour.
