Set in a spruce country house, this establishment has been run with great dedication and a sense of tradition by nine successive generations of the same family for over 200 years. Taking its cue from the seasons, the ingredient-led cuisine is flavoursome. Asparagus dishes are served in spring, game and goose in winter. For those with a sweet tooth, the meringue with cream, vanilla ice cream and egg liqueur is a must-try! Food is served in the cosy interior or out on the gorgeous terrace.

This establishment is run by the Trienen family in a beautifully renovated old townhouse. The food here is exceptional; the cuisine is seasonal and regional, drawing on modern and international influences. Tip: Try the daily specials as a set menu. There are two pleasant terraces: one out on the pavement, and one in the courtyard to the rear of the building, which is quieter. Comfortable modern guestrooms.
