The town-centre hotel, Krone Hittisau, dates back to 1838. Today, the restaurant on its first floor serves regional and seasonal cuisine. Fantastic ingredients are showcased in delicious dishes such as fillet of char with coriander lentils, ginger and lemon foam, and ricotta gnocchi. Diners can also look forward to charming and attentive service in a thoroughly inviting setting. The tasteful blend of clean lines and warm wood finishings (all the lovely furniture is made by carpenters from the Bregenz Forest) can be found both in the guestrooms and the restaurant.
