The understatedly skilful cooking showcases Cornish seafood – such as sardines with salsa verde, samphire and peas – alongside pub classics like glazed ham, egg and chips, plus charcoal-grilled steaks. Drinkers are treated to a selection of local beers, best enjoyed outside overlooking the water with a bar snack in hand.
