Set in the centre of this Black Forest village, this attractive restaurant dating back to 1748 is popular for its robust cuisine with classic foundations and plenty of flavour – the sauces are also fantastic! The atmosphere, too, is just right, thanks to the lovely decor and the exceedingly friendly, attentive hostess. Stüble is the tasteful, rustic-style à la carte restaurant of Wellness Lauterbad, a chic spa hotel. In the cosy and comfortable wood-panelled space, the service is friendly and attentive. The regional and seasonal cuisine has international influences. Order à la carte or plump for a three- or four-course set menu. In summer, you can drink in the view of the countryside from the terrace.
