Meanwhile, her husband draws on select ingredients to cook up meals with a well-rounded, harmonious taste profile. His modern, seasonal menu comprising four to seven courses demonstrates a strong allegiance to the region; some produce comes from their own garden or from the Alp Nessleren – and the chee
