With WEBERSTUBE, Hotel BEI SCHUMANN presents an appealing dining concept. Warm wood, a tiled stove and charming decorative touches make for a cosy atmosphere, and the kitchen places emphasis on regional produce and seasonal ingredients. The tempting à la carte menu includes dishes such as pan-fried trout fillets with pearl barley and a small salad, or rump steak with a mustard and onion crust, grilled green asparagus, potato gratin and a red wine jus.

This stylish and sophisticated restaurant is somewhat tucked away in a residential area. Here, the Westphal brothers – one is the chef, the other the sommelier – delight diners with delicious food and excellent wine recommendations. The menu features international dishes that take their cue from the seasons, such as confit halibut fillet in nut butter, potato scales, cauliflower cream, dried tomatoes and Sardinian pasta. The walk-in wine cellar accommodates 120 different labels. The restaurant is also open for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays.

Martin Walther is the fourth generation of his family at the helm of this restaurant named after the nearby Dresdner Heide woodland. His mother and father are still involved in running the business. For fans of authentic Italian food, this ristorante makes for a pleasing alternative to JUWEL and WEBERSTUBE, the other two restaurants to be found here in the Hotel BEI SCHUMANN. Soak up the atmosphere in the wonderfully cosy dining area, in which Italian background music brings that feel-good factor, while the team in the open kitchen conjure up delicious fish and meat dishes, as well as classics such as antipasti, pasta and pizza cooked in the brick oven – the pizzas are available in smaller sizes, too.
