At the restaurant of the New Wave hotel, the food is down-to-earth and delicious, and, while it revolves around the region, it also reveals international twists. On the à la carte menu, one dish that reflects the kitchen's characteristically harmonious flavour combinations is "octopus cooked sous-vide, aioli, olives, house-baked bread". There is also a selection specifically for children. The sleek, modern interior with a maritime feel, an open kitchen and a custom-built table for larger groups, is appealing.
