The name is an easy clue that this restaurant inside the Radisson Blu hotel is all about seafood. Although there are meat dishes, fish and shellfish lead the way on a menu where you could opt for a light, wallet-friendly meal or splash out and celebrate. Oysters are available to start, of course, but the Baltic herring is a great alternative and main dishes like halibut with spaghetti show subtle creativity while still highlighting the natural flavours of the ingredients.

As you settle into the bright and colourful dining room, look out for the wines in illuminated cabinets and the meat and fish in ageing fridges. The menu mixes Polish aspects with a classical French base, in dishes such as lamb saddle with dauphinoise potato and mint pesto. The wine list features plenty of German options, with a few Polish ones too.
