Puerto Vallarta's Zona Romántica is well known for its charming cafes and art galleries set on cobblestone streets, and while there are plenty of appealing restaurants here, Pancho's Takos is a standout. A longstanding favorite of both locals and tourists, bring patience (for the line) and cash, since credit cards are not accepted here.
