Within the Hotel Concordia, the restaurant unfolds across two small and modern stube, reached by passing through the hotel’s main dining room. Here one may order à la carte or entrust oneself to one of the tasting menus – available also in a vegetarian version – for a contemporary cuisine that is measured and well-grounded in the flavours and produce of the territory.
