Located in the captivating boutique hotel Cristine Bedfor, with a MICHELIN Key, this restaurant reflects the same character or aesthetic ambiance, with carpets, mirrors and vintage furniture not lacking in charm. The young chef at the head, Menorcan Pau Sintes, offers a Mediterranean market cuisine rooted in the island's own products (sourdough bread with Menorcan seasonings, red prawns, sobrasada de payés, Sa Llotja's catch of the day...), which reaches the diner through the à la carte menu and a tasting menu.
