升一级, 套房。FHR可订三种房型：Stone $405, Deluxe $524, Suite $881, 为了拿套房订了Deluxe, 提前联系酒店确认只要suite没订光就可以升级。
$100餐饮credit, 只能用在一顿午餐或者晚餐, 限两人, 不包括酒精饮料和小费. $100=1600里拉可以买5份菲力, 所以餐厅经理让我们随便点超了也不用付钱. 最后不用签账单也不用小费, 服务太好了只好留了100里拉现金.
延迟退房4pm. 虽然checkout那天有婚礼, 所有房订满, 酒店还是给了, 4pm出房门, 8个白袍妇女已经拿着各种工具在院子待命, 场面略微恐怖, 看来延迟退房酒店压力还挺大
