This ultra luxurious all inclusive resort features the clean lines and conveniences found in contemporary decor and design yet remains true to its Caribbean location by offering organic locally sourced gastronomy. It also utilizes indigenous building materials and natural color schemes. The result is a natural and sophisticated retreat for those looking to unwind and become reacquainted with their environment and the one they are with. Both the cuisine and service are a crucial part of the experience at Hermitage Bay. The restaurant and bar are located in front of the long sweeping beach. The restaurant is open-sided and tiered at different levels to afford each table a spectacular view. Lunch is also offered around the shaded patio and pool areas. The menus are a combination of Caribbean and European cooking and change daily. Given its boutique size and limited number of guests service is personal discreet and attentive. The setting is naturally romantic making it the ideal escape for couples.
