The culinary focus in this family-run restaurant, the name of which refers to a type of condiment commonly found in the Middle East, is on local, market-fresh ingredients. The chef, who developed his skills working alongside culinary maestros such as the late Santi Santamaría, offers a varied menu based on classic dishes with contemporary touches and even Wagyu beef from Empordà! Although there is no lack of fish dishes, there is a good selection of different meats among the main courses.
