Kevin Gideon and his restaurant have moved to a location outside the city centre, into premises that previously housed VINEO. Diners will be pleased to hear that the concept remains the same in the new space. The team is unchanged and the pared-back, modern style of the interior and of the food is also still present and correct. This restaurant in the Atlantic Grand Hotel has a tastefully sleek interior, with dark wood panelling, large modern fixtures, as well as designer upholstered chairs in red and brown. The restaurant of the long-established hotel run by the Zur Brügge family specialises in modern cuisine with international influences.
