Tom and Michaela Kitchin have created their take on the traditional pub in an old coaching inn dating back to 1836. In the Broc Bar, expect snacks and pub classics like haggis bonbons and fish pie, while there's a greater degree of formality in the Stables dining room. On a summer's day, head straight for the sun-trap garden, which also has its own dedicated menu. Throughout, Scottish ingredients and a 'nature-to-plate' philosophy underpin the cooking.
