乔万尼酒店餐厅

Within a sixteenth-century farmhouse of intact charm, where historic rooftops now coexist with modern solar panels in a clear gesture of sustainability, this establishment represents a successful encounter between classic elegance and contemporary design. The kitchen follows the same philosophy: tradition and innovation converse naturally in dishes that place great emphasis on nutritional balance and wholesome pairings, thanks in part to ingredients sourced from trusted local farmers. In the dining room, service maintains the professionalism and courtesy it has always been known for, affirming

In a romantic setting of eighteenth-century farmhouses, you will find the same rustic atmosphere inside the restaurant as well, but combined with elements of modern elegance, starting with the solid wood tables left bare, with no tablecloth. Chef patron Stagi offers a single tasting menu (you can, however, choose between the full or abbreviated version, and the dishes are, in any case, also on the menu) with a creative and sometimes very elaborate character.
