The restaurant at the wonderful Schlosshotel Münchhausen, a stately home dating back to 1570, is both elegant and informal. The modern-inspired classic cuisine is served in the form of a four- or five-course menu as well as an à la carte selection. The experience begins in the foyer with an aperitif and amuse-bouches, prepared in front of you. You are then shown to your table in the inviting dining space – the moulded ceilings, chandeliers and hardwood floors are a throwback to the property's historic charm, which has been successfully preserved and contribute to the relaxed, contemporary atmo
