This property is located 5 minutes from the harbour and the beach. The nearest links to the public transport network are 100 m and it is just 6 km to the Herault River and the Lac du Salagou. It is 8 km from the centre of Cap d'Agde and from the nearest nightspots, shops and the train station. Sète is 24 km, Beziers is 27 km, Pézenas is 28 km and it is 65 km to Montpellier and 70 km to Saint Guilhem le Désert. The residence is set in 4 hectares of lush green grounds, a natural, spacious environment, dotted with ponds and lakes. This holiday village comprises a total of 225 accommodation units, including 199 apartments and 26 studios. Facilities on offer to guests include a lobby, a hotel safe, a newspaper stand and a hairdressing salon.
