It is the HQ of Quentin Pierre, a nature lover who spares no effort in bringing local producers into the mix thanks to ingredients such as trout from Saint-Mihiel, pork from Vilotte-sur-Aire, organic veg from Belleray. His cuisine is seasonal, fresh and simple. The tasting menu incorporates more premium ingredients (foie gras, arctic char sweetbreads). The wine list shines the spotlight on local Côtes de Meuse vintages.

This ex-grocer’s shop is now a contemporary bistro, rich in flavour and colour, that hits the spot every time. The owner, son of a pastry chef, rustles up market-fresh cuisine in tune with the seasons, like this slow-cooked pork belly with baby onions and braising juices. Respect for the ingredients is the motto. Efficient, unobtrusive staff.

This family-run château restaurant serves meticulous cuisine, in which more contemporary touches meet classic foundations. As you might imagine, this 19C château in the Meuse Valley is a superb backdrop, with mouldings, old hardwood floors and plush drapes.
