This modern, comfortable conference and leisure hotel lies very close to Lünen town center, to the north of the Ruhr Area (Ruhrgebiet), in North Rhine-Westphalia. While he takes care of the service, she prepares an ambitious set menu that takes its cue from the seasons; some of the ingredients are home-grown.
